AgShop only stocks products that are fully registered with the APVMA and have been evaluated by our own consultants and member growers.
Customers can therefore be assured of the quality and reliability of AgShop’s products.
AgShop Delivery Policy
When you place an order with AgShop, we will contact you (via email or phone) to confirm shipping and delivery dates for your goods based on availability and order destination.
AgShop Return and Refund Policy
You may return most items sold by AgShop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange goods. Refunded monies are capped at AUS$3000.00 per calendar month.
In addition, we may only issue partial refunds for the return of goods where the goods have had portions used or are not in their original condition or damaged.
